Reproductive Equity Now Strengthens Organizational and Regional Impact with Key New Hires

The organization’s Associate Director of Development, Director of Finance & Operations, and New Hampshire Organizer will advance REN’s advocacy, operations, and community presence

BOSTON (October 23, 2025) – Reproductive Equity Now is proud to announce three new team members: Ashley Fife joins as New Hampshire Organizer, leading on-the-ground advocacy in the Granite State; Tyson Seely steps in as Director of Finance & Operations, strengthening the organization’s financial strategy and operations; and Becky Martin becomes Associate Director of Development, advancing fundraising and partnership efforts. Together, these roles will deepen Reproductive Equity Now’s relationships across the region, fortify the organization’s strength and sustainability, and expand its capacity to advocate for reproductive freedom throughout New England.

Ashley Fife joined Reproductive Equity Now in June of 2025 as the New Hampshire Organizer, focusing on building relationships in the North Country. Previously, Fife managed operations projects through the National Science Foundation, working on remote science stations in the Arctic and Antarctic to support climate scientists in their research. Fife is an accomplished freelance website designer with a portfolio of projects that uplift progressive values and empower community members to find ways to get involved with local politics. She earned a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Gender and Sexuality from Fort Lewis College while volunteering for her local sexual assault services hotline.

Tyson Seely joined Reproductive Equity Now in early July 2025 as the Director of Finance and Operations. Prior to joining REN, Seely worked in finance and investor relations, most recently leading the investor relations function for several large multinational companies. He has also served on multiple for-profit and non-profit boards of directors and advisory committees. Seely received his Masters of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and his Bachelor of Arts, with a dual degree in sociology and anthropology, from Colgate University.

Becky Martin is an accomplished fundraiser and organizer with a background in law, politics, and nonprofit leadership. She has led successful fundraising efforts for organizations such as Homes with Hope, where she helped raise more than $400,000 annually to advance community programs. Before joining Reproductive Equity Now as Associate Director of Development, she served in development roles at Yale Law School and the United Nations Foundation, where she built strategic partnerships and secured major gifts to support global initiatives. With over 20 years of experience cultivating donors and managing campaigns, Martin brings a proven track record of driving growth and impact through relationship-building and strategic investment.

With these hires, we are doubling down on our promise to build a regional bloc for reproductive health care access,” said Taylor St. Germain and Claire Teylouni, Interim Co-Executive Directors of Reproductive Equity Now. “Ashley, Tyson, and Becky will deepen our connections across the region and empower our work engaging with activists, community members, and supporters of the reproductive equity movement. They bring deep relationships across industries and geographic expansiveness that will ensure we are talking to folks in every corner of Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. We are so excited to welcome them onto our team, and excited for you to meet them in your community as they traverse the region.”

These new positions come as Reproductive Equity Now has expanded its advocacy footprint across New England. In September 2023, as attacks on reproductive freedom escalated post-Dobbs, the organization expanded its work from Massachusetts to include New Hampshire and Connecticut, working to build a regional bloc for abortion access.
