READ HERE: The Full Picture: Understanding Abortion Later in Pregnancy
BOSTON (August 14, 2025) – Reproductive Equity Now has authored a new resource for reporters and advocates who are interested in reporting or researching abortion care that occurs later in pregnancy and ongoing efforts to expand access to abortion care throughout pregnancy.
“Misinformation and disinformation about abortion care later in pregnancy continues to run rampant, particularly in the post-Dobbs world – and that’s by design,” said Rebecca Hart Holder, President of Reproductive Equity Now. “We are excited to share this new resource to fight stigma and bust myths regarding abortion care throughout pregnancy, and ensure that reporters and activists have the tools necessary to accurately and effectively inform how this care works. Our organization is committed to eliminating gestational bans on abortion care and to protecting abortion care throughout pregnancy – no exceptions.”
