Vice President Kamala Harris has just touched down in Boston today to meet with Massachusetts lawmakers and abortion rights activists, according to WHDH.

Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) stood waiting to meet madame Vice President as she exited her airplane around noon at Boston Logan airport, according to the Boston Globe.

Around 1 p.m. Vice President Harris will host a round table on reproductive rights. The meeting will be held at IBEW Local 103 in Dorchester. The roundtable will include Gov. Charlie Baker (R-MA) and Democratic representatives Aaron Michlewitz, Kate Hogan and Liz Miranda. Also meeting with Harris will be Rebecca Holder, the executive director the Reproductive Equity Now advocacy group, the Globe said.

Harris has been a long-time supporter of reproductive rights. On July 16, she met lawmakers in Pennslyvania to discuss the importance of protecting women’s reproductive rights.
