“The Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson put the fight for reproductive health care squarely in the states,” said Rebecca Hart Holder, President of Reproductive Equity Now. “While the Massachusetts Legislature met this moment of crisis with bold solutions and unequivocally pro-reproductive equity policies, our state is not immune from far-right national attacks on reproductive freedom. We must continue to elect candidates to the State House and State Senate who will protect and expand abortion access and ensure our Commonwealth remains a beacon for reproductive health care. We’re proud to announce these legislative endorsements today.”

Today’s endorsements follow the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization this June, which overturned federal abortion protections and put the fight for reproductive health care directly in state legislatures.
