Lyv Norris (they/she) joined Reproductive Equity Now in January 2025 as the Massachusetts State Director, bringing extensive experience in public health and a commitment to advancing equity and justice. Previously, they served as Project Manager for a maternal health initiative at Mass General Brigham, aimed at addressing racial inequities in maternal health outcomes. Lyv’s background includes mobilizing public health leaders at Global Health Corps, advocating for HIV care at Fenway Health, and coordinating youth enrichment programs at Steps to Success. They hold a Master of Public Health from Boston University, where they focused on health equity. Lyv is a trained birth doula, hopes to become a certified nurse midwife, and is dedicated to dismantling barriers to reproductive care and sexual wellness.
