Are you looking to access medication abortion via the mail? There may be options for you, regardless of where you live.

Learn more about those clinics below.

*On May 1, 2026, a U.S. Appeals Court ruled to reimpose medically unnecessary in-person dispensing requirements for mifepristone, the first drug taken in a typical medication abortion regimen. This political ruling is an attempt to restrict access to safe and effective medication for people in states where abortion is banned. After an appeal from the drug's manufacturers, this ruling has been temporarily paused by the U.S. Supreme Court until at least 5:00 p.m. on May 14, 2026. Medication abortion using a mifepristone/misoprostol regimen remains available via telehealth for the time being.
